The Distillery, located in Derwent Park just 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD, houses our beautiful copper still that was created entirely by hand by Tyler. It was built with an ethos of environmental consciousness and waste minimisation. We offer tours of the distillery and tastings Mon – Friday bookable on our website.
